摘 要:通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了钼酸盐系缓蚀剂在盐水钻井液中对G105钢钻杆缓蚀的影响,以寻求该体系中较佳的缓蚀方案,并用Zview2.1软件对试验数据进行了处理。结果表明,按钼酸盐含硅化合物有机胺B=141(质量比)复配而成的缓蚀剂,可以达到低成本、高缓蚀率的效果;并通过失重法利用室内动态模拟试验对最优配方进行了验证,证明复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率接近95·0%,明显高于单组分缓蚀剂。Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to investigate the inhibitive action of molybdate-based combined inhibitor to the drill pipe made of G105 steel in saltwater drilling fluid.The optimized formulation of the combined inhibitor was determined,while its effectiveness in corrosion-inhibition of the drilling pipe was verified making use of dynamic simulation test (weight loss method) in lab.Results showed that the combined inhibitor composed of molybdate,Si-containing compound,and amine B at a mass fraction of 1:4:1 was superior in terms of the performance-to-cost ratio and showed good inhibitive effect to the drilling pipe.In particular,the combined inhibitor had an inhibitive efficiency as much as 95.0%,which was much higher than that of single-component corrosion inhibitors.
