高钠透析及口服米多君预防血液透析相关低血压

摘　　要：目的探讨应用高钠透析及盐酸米多君预防透析相关性低血压的临床疗效。方法12例选择维持性血液透析伴透析相关性低血压者进行高钠透析、口服米多君各80次,记录每次透析前、中、后血压、电解质及相关症状,进行比较。结果高钠透析、口服米多君均能预防透析相关性低血压,透析前、后血压相比无明显差异,但高钠序贯透析患者透析后血钠明显高于口服米多君者(P<0.05),而口服米多君不良反应不明显。结论高钠透析、透析前口服米多君均能有效防治透析相关性低血压,前者透析后易引起高钠血症。Objective To observe the effects and complication of hight sodium hemodialysis and midodrine to treat patients with henmdialysis-releted hypotension.Methods Twelve Cases with hemodialysis-related hypotension were treated by hight sodium hemodialysis,or midodrine before hemodialysis. Blood pressure, the serum sodium, the complications before and after hemodilysis were compared.Results Both using hight sodium hemodialysis and midodrine orally before hemodialys could prevent hypotension. The patients who took midodrine had no side-effects, however the patients who recepted higher sodium hemodialysis appeared hight serum sodium（0.05 〉 P 〉 0.01 ）. Conchusion Uusing hight sodium hemodialysis and the midodrine may prevent the hemodialysis-related hypotension. But hight sodium hemodialysis can induce hypematremia.
