摘  要:以二乙胺基乙醇为模板剂,采用水热晶化法合成了磷酸钴镁铝分子筛的纯相,测定了其组成和晶胞参数。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等对其结构进行了研究。同时对分子筛的热稳定性、表面酸性和催化裂解活性等进行了研究。试验结果表明,磷酸钴镁铝分子筛具有AlPO4-5型分子筛结构,由于钴镁进入分子筛骨架取代了部分铝,使磷酸钴镁铝分子筛具有B酸酸性。Pure cobalt magnesium aluminophosphate molecular sieve (CoMAPO 5)was synthesized in the presence of diethylaminoethanol as an organic template by hydrothermal crystallization The chemical composition and parameters of the unit cell of CoMAPO 5 molecular sieve were determined The structure of CoMAPO 5 were studied by mean of X ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectra,and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy The thermal stability,surface acidity and catalytic cracking activity of CoMAPO 5 were investigated The results show that the structure of CoMAPO 5 is of AlPO 4 5 type,and because of the partial substitution of Co 2+ 、Mg 2+ for Al 3+ ,the framework of CoMAPO 5 molecular sieve carries negative charges Therefore,CoMAPO 5 exhibits the property of Brnsted acid and has better catalytic cracking activity
