摘　　要：目的分析1314例经皮球囊瓣膜成形术（PBV）手术的并发症，探讨其发生原因和防治方法。方法登记川渝两地11所医院完成的PBV手术共1314例．A组为1989～1994年的多中心资料，B组为1994年后的单中心资料，分析所发生的主要并发症厦其原因，并进行组间比较。结果1314例中，共发生并发症199例次（15．14％例次），各医院的并发症发生率为0．51％～32.0％例次不等。主要并发症包括急性心包填塞、二尖瓣返流（MR）、动脉栓塞、昏厥／抽搐和死亡。B组的并发症发生率除急性心包填塞、动脉栓塞、呼吸骤停和死亡与A组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）外，其他并发症发生率均显著低于A组。结论严格掌握PBV适应证、熟练操作，是预防PBV并发症的关键，处理好有关并发症，有利于提高PBV的安全性。Objective To analyze the complications of percutaneous balloon valvuloplasty （PBV） in 1314 cases, and to study the causes and preventive method of the complication. Methods There were 1314 patients treated by PBV from 11 hospitals in Shichuan province and Chongqing City. According to the source of information, the result was divide into two groups that is the multicenters data from 1989 to 1994 （group A） and single center data after 1994 （group 13）. The data was compared between two groups. Results The total number of complications was 199 case-time （15.14 case-time %） in 1314 patients. The incidence rate of complications was 0.51%-32. 0% % cast. time in these hospitals. The complications included pericardial tamponade, mitral regurgitation, arterial embolism, syncope, spasm （twitch） and death, Compared with group A, the incidence rate of complications was significantly less in group B, but the incidence rate of pericardial tamponade, arterial embolism, respiration ceases and death has no significant difference between two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The key to prevent the complications is to control indications and to have the skillful procedure of PBV operation. It is profit for PBV safety to deal with complications during operation.
