参元丹胶囊对动脉内皮损伤大鼠血管内膜增生的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察参元丹胶囊对动脉内皮损伤大鼠动脉内皮损伤后内膜增生的影响。方法应用导管拉伤加高渗液损伤的方法建立大鼠主动脉内皮损伤模型,检测中药参元丹胶囊后大鼠动脉内皮内膜的增生情况。结果经导管拉伤加高渗液损伤后,动脉内膜被覆单层内皮细胞,内膜不规则增厚,血管平滑肌增生。经参元丹治疗后动脉内皮损伤后血管内膜过度增生得到抑制。结论参元丹对血管内皮功能具有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shenyuandan （SYD） on the hyperplasia of intima in the rats with artery endothelium injury. Methods Seventy rats were divided into 7 groups randomly： Sham operation group; High dose group of SYD, low dose group of SYD, Tongxinluo group, Herbesser group, Control group and Model group. The samples were observed by light microscope. Results After injury, the endarterium were gradually coated with monolayer endothelial cells, the intima was abnormally incrassation with the hyperplasia of the vascular smooth muscle. Conclusion The result showed that SYD could decrease the excessive hyperplasia of intima in the model rats. SYD had protection effect on the vascular endothelium function.
