摘　　要：应激性溃疡是心内直视手术后的严重并发症之一,一旦发生,将大大增加病人ICU的滞留时间和医疗费用,同时也增加了围手术期病死率。现就心内直视手术后应激性溃疡的发生机制综述如下。Stress ulcer is one of the serious complications after opening heart operation. If it happens, the time of patients in ICU will extend and the cost will increase, and the mortality during the surgery process will increase greatly. The mechanism of stress ulcer after operation of heart is discussed, in order to offer more methods of preventive treatment for stress ulcer.
