摘  要:介绍了在铸铝表面制备黑色钼酸盐转化膜的工艺争件:3g/L钼酸铵,3g/I.硫酸钴,1—2g/L氟化氢铵,pH4—5,温度55℃,时间20min。研究了钼酸铵、硫酸钴、氟化氢铵、黑化液酸度、黑化液温度及时间对膜质量的影响。通过点滴实验测试了膜的耐蚀性为40s。通过扫描电镜观察了膜的形貌,并探讨了转化膜的形成机理。按此工艺制得的黑色钼酸盐转化膜表面光滑。光泽性好,与基体结合牢固。The process conditions of preparation for black molybdate conversion film on casting aluminum surface were introduced: 3 g/L ammonium molybdate, 3 g/L cobalt sulphate, 1 - 2 g/L ammonium bifluoride, pH 4 - 5, 0 55 ℃, t 20 min. The influence of ammonium molybdate, cobalt sulphate, ammonium bifluoride, acidity of blackening bath, blackening bath temperature and time on film quality were studied. The corrosion resistance was 40 s as tested by drop test. The morphology of conversion film was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the formation mechanism of conversion film was discussed. The black molybdate conversion film obtained with the above technics has smooth and glossy surface and good adhesion to the substrate.
