摘　　要：在综合国内外相关研究的基础上,详细分析了机内测试(BIT,built-in test)验证和评价的重要性、迫切性及其实用价值,并着重阐述了关于 BIT 验证和评价的故障注入系统设计与实现。Based on integrating the domestic and foreign materials, the importance, imminence and practicality of the validation and evaluation for buih-in test（BIT） are analyzed completely, and in particular, the design and implementation of fault injection system which is related to the validation and evaluation for BIT are expatiated.
