中空转子螺杆钻具转速软特性的改善

摘　　要：介绍了用稳流阀来稳定中空转子螺杆钻具中孔分流量，从而达到改善中空转子螺杆钻具转速软特性的方法；在分析稳流阀稳流特性的基础上，结合马达压降与钻压的关系导出了马达转速与钻压的关系。带稳流阀的中空转子螺杆钻具与普通中空转子螺杆钻具的转速－钻压特性对比，说明带稳流阀的中空转子螺杆钻具具有较硬的转速特性，改善了普通中空转子螺杆钻具在大负载下严重失速的特性；采用带稳流阀的中空转子螺杆钻具要比普通中空转子螺杆钻具有更高的效率，大负载下机械钻速可提高４０％。The method for improving the soft characteristic of rotary speed of a screwdrill with hollow rotor by stabilizing the rate of the flow divergence with a flow stabilizing valve is introduced, and on the basis of an analysis of the characteristic of the flow stabilizing valve, the relation between the rotary speed of the motor and the load on bit is worked out. Comparison between the rotary speed versus load on bit characteristic of the screwdrill with flow stabilizing valve and that of the screwdrill without flow stabilizing valve shows that the former has rather hard speed characteristic, preventing critical stalling under heavy load and providing higher efficiency ── the penetration rate can be raised by 40% under heavy load.
