摘　　要：在分析国内外三角聚晶金刚石取心钻头制造工艺和使用情况的基础上，提出了以整体压制石墨阴模制造三角聚晶金刚石取心钻头的新方法，并采用带负前角的三角聚晶金刚石。这种新型取心钻头特别适用于中到中硬塑脆性地层的取心钻进，单只钻头最高进尺达１１５．７１ｍ（机械钻速１．４５ｍ／ｈ），创国内同类取心钻头单只进尺的最高纪录。Based on an analysis of the manufaxturing technoloing and application of the triangular polycrystalline diamond coring bit at home and abroad, a new bit manufactured by means of solid pressed graphite cavity die and provided with polycrystalline diamond cutters with negative rake was developed. This new coring bit is especially suitable for coring in medium to medium-hard plastic-brittle formation, and the maximum footage of a single bit reaches 115. 71m with a penetration rate of 1 .45m/h.
