摘　　要：要实现中国高校学报的可持续发展,首先要了解中国目前学术期刊的发展现状,明确中国最需要什么样的学报。其次,要立足中国现行学术研究的基本国情,走出重学术水平,轻人才培养的认识误区,实现高校学报职能的真正回归。再次,要坚持以人为本的科学发展观,确定中国高校学报的最佳服务对象,这是发挥学报最大效益的保证。To realize the sustainable development of Chinese university journal ,first,we should know the present situation of China academic periodicals and what the most needed journal is, which the premise of future journal reform. Second, we should set foot on the basic national situation of present acdamic study and give up the wrong idea of focusing on academic level while ignoring talents training to make full use of university journal. Third, we should insist on the scientific development attitude of putting people first and determine the most favorite serving targets, which will reap the fullest benefits that journal can provide.
