摘  要:漆酶具有催化氧化酚类及芳胺类化合物的能力,直接降解办公废纸中苯胺类印刷油墨及酚醛树脂等连接料,从而达到脱墨的目的。实验结果表明:漆酶脱墨最佳工艺条件是:pH值4.5,温度40℃,反应时间40min,浆浓10%,浮选时间10min,酶用量9IU/g;在此条件下浆料白度为85.9%SBD,油墨脱除率达到72.04%。再经碱抽提后,脱墨浆的白度和油墨脱除率分别达到91.9%SBD和93.03%。此外,经漆酶脱墨后浆料的物理强度均有不同程度的提高,尤其是碱抽提后更为明显,滤水性也得到明显改善。Laccase possesses the ability to catalyze and oxidize phenol and aromatic amine compounds, so it can be used to directly decompose the adhesives contained in mixed office waste paper such as aniline derivative printing ink and phenol-formaldehyde resin. The experiment results indicate that the optimal condition of laccase deinldng is: pH 4.5, temperature 40℃, treatment time 40 min, pulp concentration 10%, flotation time 10 min, laccase dosage 9 IU/g. Under this condition, the whiteness of pulp was 85.9% SBD and the removal rate of ink was 72. 04%. After alkaline extraction, the whiteness of pulp and removal rate of ink reached 91.9% SBD and 93.03% respectively. In addition, the physical properties of laccase-deinked pulp were improved by different degrees and the effect was more remarkable after alkaline extraction and the drainability was also remarkably improved.
