摘 要:在常压下,利用90%乙酸水溶液蒸煮三倍体毛白杨,分别做了改变硫酸(催化剂)加入量和蒸煮时间的实验。研究结果表明:浆的得率、木素的脱出量以及半纤维素的降解量随着硫酸加入量和蒸煮时间的增加而增加;但在硫酸加入量加到3%(对绝干原料)时,硫酸不再只作催化剂,其稀酸水解作用已不能忽略;最佳蒸煮条件是:硫酸加入量2.0%,蒸煮时间3h。此外,对乙酸浆的强度性质也做了研究。Triploid ofpopulus tomentosa was cooked under atmospheric condition using 90% acetic acid/water (v/v) mixture and the amount of sulphuric acid (as catalyst) and cooking time were altered during the experiment. The findings show that: pulp yield, lignin extraction amount and hemicellulose degradation amount increased as the amount of sulphuric acid increased and the cooking time was prolonged; when the sulphuric acid charge was 3% (based on bond dry) it was not only used as catalyst and its dilute acid hydrolysis effect can no longer be neglected. The optimum cooking condition is: sulphuric acid 2.0% and cooking time 3 hours. The strength properties of the acetic acid pulp are also studied in the paper.
