H_2O_2漂白活化剂异壬酰氧苯磺酸钠的合成研究

摘　　要：在实验室合成异壬酰氧苯磺酸钠(INOBS)的方法是:以对羟基苯磺酸钠为原料,以异壬酰氯为酰化剂,二甲苯为有机溶剂,添加少量的相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵,产品的收率和纯度均可高达85%以上。红外光谱和化学分析进一步验证了其结构。合成的最佳工艺条件为:对羟基苯磺酸钠与异壬酰氯摩尔比为1∶2,温度140℃,反应时间6h,催化剂用量0.5%。该合成工艺收率较高,步骤简单。Sodium iso-nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonate（INOBS） was synthesized in the laboratory using 4-phenolsuflonate sodium and iso-nonanoyl chloride in the presence of xylene as solvent and tetrabutyl ammonium as phase transfer catalyst, with both the yield and purity of the product being as high as 85% upwards. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum and chemical analysis, which confirmed that the product was INOBS. The optimal synthesis condition is： molecule ratio of 4-phenolsuflonate to iso-nonanoyl chloride 1 ：2, reaction temperature 140℃, reaction time 6h, catalyst dosage 0.5%. The yield of this synthesis process is high and the procedure is simple.
