摘　　要：社会资本是和谐社会的内在特征,构建和谐社会需要有一定的社会资本为基础,对于社会资本缺乏的中国来说,和谐社会的构建,只能是在政府的引导下进行,同时还需要一定的民间社团加以支持。The scial capital is an intrinsic characteristic of the harmonious society. The construction of the harmonious society needs some social capital as the foundation. For China, having little,social capital, the harmonious society＇ s construction only can carry on under government＇s guidance, while also need the support of the certain folk mass organizations.
