摘 要:采用编译的“压力调查表”对重点高中学生进行调查研究。结果发现:有54.7%的学生总体压力感很大,且有34%的学生感觉压力已经影响了他们正常的学习和生活;总体压力感很大的学生中,随着年级的增高,特别是高三年级学生,出现不良的躯体、认知、情绪反应增多;总体压力感很大的学生中,女生的不良躯体压力高于男生。运动群体总体压力感很大和感觉压力已经影响正常学习和生活的人数均少于非运动群体。运动在一定程度上有助于缓解学生压力的不良躯体、情绪、认知反应,但当学生的压力感很大时,运动对其缓解效果不明显。An investigation employing "Stress Investigation Scale" had been made among students in key senior high schools and the results showed that 54.7 % students felt that the overall stress was immense and 34% felt that the stress had affected their daily life and study. As the students who felt under immense stress, especially the third-year students, suffered more and more from negative body reaction, cognitive reaction and emotional reaction ,girls suffered more from negative body reaction than boys. Compared with those who didn't exercise regularly, the sports groups suffered less stress. Exercises could reduce the stress level to some extent, but the effect was not so obvious when students felt immense stress.
