《诗经·召南·甘棠》“蔽芾”解

摘　　要：对于《诗经·召南·甘棠》篇中的“蔽芾”一词,《毛传》训为“小貌”,而《诗集传》训为“盛貌”。两种解释到底孰优孰劣,可以从词义和诗意两个角度对“蔽芾”的真正含义加以分析,从而得出结论,即以《诗集传》为代表的“盛”义来解释“蔽芾”才为恰当。The word “蔽芾” from Shaonan Gantang in the Book of Songs has been given two contrasting explanations, The book Mao Biography defines it as ＂unremarkable outlook＂ while the other book Poetry Collection defines it as ＂luxuriant outlook＂. An analysis of its real meaning in terms of lexical and poetic meaning will justify defining it as ＂luxuriant outlook＂.
