摘　　要：[目的]探讨结肠灌洗对肠造口病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将52例直肠癌Miles术后病人随机分为两组,观察组(22例)采用结肠造口灌洗法,对照组(30例)采用自然排便法,根据测试评分分为优、良、中、差。[结果]观察组生活质量优占59.1%,对照组占23.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]结肠造口灌洗可明显提高病人的生活质量。Objective： To probe into the influence of eoloclyster on living quality of patients underwent entcrostomy. Method： A total of 52 cases of postoperative rectal cancer patients after underwent Miles surgeries were divided into both test and control group randomly. Patients of test group （22 cases） were given enterostomal coloclyster. Patients of control group （30 cases） were defecating naturally, Then living quality of all patients was assessed as excellent, good, common and poor according to their test scoring. Results： 59.1% of cases in test group were with excellent of living quality. And excellent of living quality among control group was accounted for 23.3 %. There was statistical difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Coloelyster could promote the living quality of postoperative patients after underwent enterostomy.
