鼠伤寒沙门氏菌主要外膜蛋白和微孔蛋白诱导细胞免疫及免疫保护的比较

摘　　要：对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌主要外膜蛋白（ＭＯＭＰ：）和微孔蛋白（Ｐｏｒｉｎ）诱导ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠产生细胞免疫（ＣＭＩ），即迟发型变态反应（ＤＴＨ）和白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）的能力进行了检测，并观察了用５００ＬＤ５０的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和伤寒沙门氏菌以腹腔途径攻击经ＭＯＭＰｓ，Ｐｏｒｉｎ免疫的ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠所产生的主动免疫、交叉免疫和Ｔ细胞转移免疫保护的能力。发现：诱导ＣＭＩ的能力，ＭＯＭＰｓ（ＤＴＨ，０．６８±０．０５；ＩＬ—２，４２３００±１７０００）优于Ｐｏｒｉｎ（ＤＴＨ，０．３６±０．０２；ＩＬ－２，２６２００±４９００），Ｐ＜０．０１；而诱导主动免疫（ＭＯＭｓ：９０％，Ｐｏｒｉｎ：７０％）、交叉免疫（ＭＯＭＰｓ：３３．３％，Ｐｏｒｉｎ：２２．２％）和Ｔ细胞转移免疫保护（ＭＯＭＰｓ：７１．４％，Ｐｏｒｉｎ：４２．９％）二者差别均没有显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果提示：虽然鼠伤寒沙门氏菌ＭＯＭＰｓ和Ｐｏｒｉｎ均能诱导较强的ＣＭＩ和免疫保护能力，但两者能力不同。A marked level of cell-mediated immunity(CMI)to Salmonella typhimuriurninfection in BALB/C mice,as determined by delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)response,interleukin-2(IL-2)production was induced by MOMPs and porin from Salmonella ty-phimurium.Their abilities of inducing active immunity,crossed-immunity and T cells trans-fered immunity to each irnmunogen against challenge(intraperitoneally)with 500 LD50 of thebacteria were studied in mice,When the abilities to indlice CMI and immune responses werecompared between MOMPs and porin,MOMPs (DTH,0.68 ± 0.05;IL-2,42300± 17000)were superior to porin(DTH,0.36±0.02;IL-2,26200±4900)in CMI(P<0.01),not sin-gificant(P > 0.05)in active immunty(MOMPs :90%,porin:70%),crossed-immunty(MOMPs:33.3%,porin: 22.2%),Tcells transfereed immunty(MOMPs:71.4%,porin:42.9%).These resultes indicated that porin and MOMPs form Salmonella typhimurium in-duce stronger CMI and protective immunty,but their ablities are different.
