摘　　要：连铸机振动电机电流的变化,在一定条件下可以反映出铸坯与结晶器间摩擦力的变化。通过对振动电机电流的测量,分析了结晶器润滑、更换中间罐、结晶器寿命、拉速等因素对摩擦力的影响。For the oscillator of caster, the change in motor current can inflect the change in friction between billet and mould under a certain condition. This paper analyzes the effect of mould lubrication,tundish exchange, mould service life and casting speed on the friction based on the measurement of oscillating motor current.
