摘 要:采用冷原子吸收法分别测定了汞污染区44名居民和对照区37名居民体内的尿汞和发汞含量;同时采用OPT法测定了两区受检对象体内的四种神经递质(NE、DA、5-HT及5-HIAA)的含量。结果发现,污染区人群体内汞负荷水平和尿中神经递质的含量均高于对照区,并均有非常显著件差异(P<0.01)。提示汞可以干扰神经递质的代谢过程,从而对神经功能产生影响。With selective atomic-absorption method,mercury in urine and hair were de-termined in 44 residents from environmental mercury pollution area and 37 residents from thecontrol are a;and with OPT method,four kinds of neurotransmitters(NE.DA.5-HT.5-HIAA)in urine were analysed in 81 persons from two areas.The results indicate that the con-tents of mercury and neurotransmitters are higher in persons exposured to mercury pollutionthan in control and the difference is very significant(P<0.01).The results suggest that mercury may interfere the process of metablism of neurotrans-mitters and influence the nervous functions.
