苏中“全面小康”进程论析

摘　　要：苏中全面小康建设已经取得了很大成绩,完成省定指标的80%以上,但也存在经济发展任务繁重、居民收入增加难度大、社会矛盾有待缓解等问题。必须以科学发展观为指导,促进社会经济快速、全面发展,突破“瓶颈”制约,建设符合“六个更加”要求的全面小康社会。Having accomplished over 80% of the provincial quota, Central Jiangsu has made great achievement in constructing an overall well-off society. However, problems still exist such as the onerous mission of economic development, the great difficulty in increasing residents＇ income, and unresolved social contradictions. Therefore, guided by the Scientific Development Concept, we must break through the bottleneck, promote a speedy and allround development of social economy and construct an overall well-off society embodying the six features put forward by Jiang Zemin.
