摘  要:采用并流沉淀法进行了金属氢化物-镍蓄电池用高密度球形Ni(OH)2的制备研究。将整个制备过程分为三个阶段,讨论了pH值、加氨量等条件对Ni(OH)2性能的影响。结果表明:为获得理化性能和电化学性能优异的产品,不同的阶段应采用不同的pH值和加氨量。在试验后期对材料的改性,可有效提高产品的比表面积,降低SO42-残存量;使用改性工艺制备的Ni(OH)2做为活性物质生产的AA电池,比普通粉所做电池容量高出100 mAh左右。The spherical nickel hydroxide with high density was prepared with mixing precipitation method. The total course was divided into three phases. The effects of pH values and the amount of added ammonia on the capabilities of the prepared Ni(OH)2 were discussed. The results indicate that different pH values and different amounts of ammonia should be adopted in different phases to obtain products with good performances, The modification process in late phase could increase specific surface area and decrease the amount of SO4^2-. The capacity of the battery with modified nickel hydroxide is about 100mAh higher than the battery with common material.
