冷冻疗法对实验性大鼠关节炎镇痛效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨冷疗对佐剂性关节炎消炎镇痛的效果。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂建立实验性大鼠关节炎;应用超低温冷冻进行治疗。结果:注射佐剂后7 d进行冷疗,治疗组:①患肢足容积明显小于对照组(P<0.05);②患肢痛积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);③PLT显著高于对照组和空白组(P<0.05);④HGB明显低于空白组和对照组(P<0.05);⑤血清钾含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冷疗在早期对实验性大鼠关节炎具有一定的疗效。Objective ：To evaluate the analgesic effect of cryotherapy for experimental arthritis in rats. Methods： The experimental arthritis model of rat was developed by injecting Freund＇s complete adjuvant （CFA）. Results： The rats were treated by cryotherapy 7 days after CFA injection. Compared with control group, the swelling and pain were relieved obviously and the level of serum potassium was increased significangly in treatment group. The PLT was higher while HGB was lower in treatment group than those in control group and blank group. Conclusion： Cryotherapy may be an effective theatment method for early experimental arthritis in rats.
