摘 要:以大孔PVC树脂为载体,采用简易的方法制备出了新型杂多酸H3PMo12O40催化剂,并测定了其不同负载量的比表面积、表面形貌、表面酸度和表面酸强度,研究了其负载过程中的结构变化及对乙酸丁脂合成反应的催化活性。结果表明,H2PMo12O40负载于大孔PVC树脂后,与PVC在一定程度上发生了键合作用,呈多孔状态,比表面积增大;仍然表现出与H3PMo12O40相似的固体强酸性质,在给定条件下的乙酸、正丁醇合成乙酸丁脂的探针反应中,正丁醇的转化率提高了45%~63%,增幅达到169%~237%,催化活性大幅度提高;大孔PVC树脂适合作为H3PMo12O40的载体。A new type of catalyst was gained by loading Keggin heteropoly acids H3PMo12O40 onto PVC resin. The specific surface areas, SEM image, surface acidity and surface acidic strength with different loading of H3PMo12O40 were determined. And also change of the catalyst structure was studied during the loading process of H3PMo12O40 on PVC resin. The results indicated that H3PMo12O40 and PVC were bound to a certain extent. The specific surface area was increased and the SEM image was shown porous when loading H3PMo12O40 onto PVC resin. The surface acidity and surface acidic strength of the catalyst was similar to H3PMo12O40. The catalyst showed good catalytic activity characterized with esterification of HOAc and CH3 (CH2 )3OH. The transformation ratio of CH3 (CH2 )3OH increased by 45%~63%, the degree of increased may up to 169%~237%. In summary,the PVC resin with large porosity is a good cartier to the H3PMo12O40.
