摘  要:采用延迟加料的半连续乳液聚合技术研制了一种改性白乳胶,讨论了单体、引发剂、乳胶保护剂、改性剂及操作工艺条件对乳胶性能的影响。结果表明,用醋酸乙烯作主单体,丙烯酸作改性单体,聚乙烯醇作乳胶保护剂,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作增韧增塑剂,过硫酸铵引发,乙二醇、硝酸铝改性调节,反应温度控制在85℃左右,反应6 h制备乳液,增强了白乳胶的剪切强度、耐冻耐水性。经实验检测,剪切强度为5.21 MPa,30℃水浸4 d不开胶,-5^-3℃不冻结。Using semi-continuous emulsion polymerization technology, a kind of modified white-latex was prepared using VAC as primary monomer, AA as modified monomer, PVA as protective agent, DBP as plasticizer and PAS as initiator. In this reaction, HOC2H40H and AI(NO3)3 act as modifier. The influence of monomer, initiating agent, protective agent of white latex, modifier, and technological condition to characteristic of Latex was discussed, and reaction temperature was controlled about 85℃, reaction time was 6 h, the sheafing strength, waterproofness and freeze resistance of this white latex were improved each other, the experiment of waterproofness and antifreeze showed that this white latex could immersed in water four days at 30℃, not freeze in -5 ~-3℃, sheafing strength is 5.21 MPa.
