摘　　要：经济理论和国际经验表明农业剩余劳动力转移依赖于非农产业的发展。而发展非农产业,一个关键的要素是城市化。因此,根据我国基本现状,加快城市化速度,解决我国农业剩余劳动力转移问题,应作为当前城市化发展的重点。Economic theory and international experience indicate the development of non - agriculture industry would help accept the surplus labors from agriculture while urbanization is a major factor promoting the non - agriculture. Therefore, basing upon the basic situation of surplus labors from agriculture, promoting the speed of urbanization should be a major point in current.
