摘  要:金矿样品加工流程的选择,会直接影响化验分析质量。在采用生产联动线对样品进行加工的情况下,其内验合格率仅为37.1%;排除分析测定方法、样品缩分、加工损失率等影响因素后,认定正样粒度偏大是导致化验分析合格率低的主要原因。改进样品加工流程,对<1.0mm粒度的正样采用棒磨工艺加工至-200目,金矿样品化验分析合格率达91%以上;这证明在严格加工流程管理的条件下,样品加工的粒度是化验分析质量的关键。The processing flow will influence the result of analysis. The internal percent of pass is only 37.1%, if the couple sample processing method is accepted. Not considering influencing factors such as analysis methods, degrading of sample and processing loss, the bigger particle size of sample is the primary mason for low percent of pass of the sample analysis. The sample processing flow is improved, and the sample whose particle size is 1.0mm is processed with rod milling method until the particle size of sample is less than 200 meshes. In this case, the analysis percent of pass of gold sample is up to 91% or more, verifying that the particle size is the key point influencing analysis quality under the condition that the processing flow is strictly managed.
