摘　　要：目的:对于胸液细胞学诊断价值进行探讨。方法:对320例胸腔积液进行常规涂片细胞学检查与病理组织学确诊情况相比较。结果:恶性胸水细胞学阳性检出率高达49.46%。结论:胸水中找到肿瘤细胞乃是确诊恶性胸水的一种迅速可靠、经济、安全的方法。Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis of eytomorphology in thoracic liquid. Method： To make a comparison in diagnosis between the cytomorphology and pathematdogy in thoracic liquid of 320 cases. Result： A check -up -rate of cytodiagnosis in thoracic liquid was 49.46%. Conclusion ：There is a quick and effective method diagnosis from thoracic liquid in tumor cell.
