摘　　要：目的与方法：近10年对具有手术指征的108例BPH患者，选择耻骨上经膀胱切除前列腺开放手术。结果：继发出血（在术后d7）2例，尿外渗2例，术后排尿困难2例（经1～2次尿扩即可），3例术后膀胱痉挛性疼痛，出血加重；术后尿失禁1例，经适当处理一系列术后并发症均得到治愈。结论：通过108例分析笔者认为只要做好围手术期的治疗准备，术中仔细操作，严密止血，术后各种引流管保持通畅。开放手术是可以取得满意效果的。Objective and Method： The decade convulses sex ache towards having 108 BPH sufferers who the surgical operation points to advertise for. Result： On the choice disgrace bone after urine bladder cut off the prostate gland to open the surgical operation after sending out 2 of blood （ after aftertreatment the 7 days） , wet outside 2 of seep ,2 of the aftertreatment rear row urine difficulty,3 aftertreatments urine bladder, bleeding to aggravate ;The aftertreatrnent wets 1 of incontinence behind, after adequacy handle a series of aftertreatrnent the complications all is cure. Conclusion： Through 108 analysis writers as long as work well the treatment preparation of round the surgical operation period, careful operation in aftertreatment , tight stop bleeding, the afiertreatment leads to flow the tube to keep lucid after is various, open the surgical operation and can obtain the satisfied result.
