摘　　要：上海中央商务区(CBD)的发展是一部百年兴衰史。浦东开发开放后,上海 CBD 从浦西的外滩迅速向浦东陆家嘴地区扩展,同时四大副中心的规划和建设浮出水面,上海 CBD 体系逐渐形成轮廓。面向21世纪,上海 CBD 的发展任重道远,必须进一步充实功能,调整空间结构,主动迎接新世纪带来的新挑战。The development of Shanghai＇ s CBD is a history book which records an up-and-down process of a hundred years, After the exploitation and opening up of Pudong New Area, Shanghai＇ s CBD expanded rapidly from Waitan which locates on the left bank of Huangpu River to Lujiazui district which locates on the fight bank of Huangpu River, meanwhile the planning and construction of four sub-CBDs were put forward, Thus, the CBD system of Shanghai emerges gradually, Face to the new century, there are many opportunities and also many challenges, the development of Shanghai＇s CBD still has a long way to go.
