摘 要:目的探讨Graves’病(GD)合并粒细胞减少的机制。方法测定并比较102例粒细胞正常范围GD和52例粒细胞减少GD的血FT3、FT4、TGA、TPOAb、IgG、IgA、IgM水平和血ANA和抗ds-DNA抗体的阳性率。结果两组的血FT3、FT4、IgM水平无显著性差异,而粒细胞计数和血FT3、FT4水平无相关性,TGA、TPOAb水平在两组也无显著性差异,但两组的血IgG、IgA水平和ANA、抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率比较差异均有显著性。结论GD合并粒细胞减少的机制和全身免疫紊乱相关。Objective To explore the mechanism of acute granulocytopenia complicated with Graves' disease. Methods In 102 patients with Graves' disease and normal granulocyte and 52 patients with granulocytopenia complicated with Graves' disease , blood serum level of FT3 , FT4, TGA, TPOAb, IgG, IgA, IgM and ANA,anti- ds- DNA were mensurated and compared with , Results The blood serum level of FT3 ,FT4, TGA, TPOAb , IgM are no significantly different between two groups and there are no relativity between the level of FT3 ,FT4 and the number of granulocyte. But the blood serum level of IgG,IgA and the positive rate of ANA,anti - ds - DNA in patients with granulocytopenia combined with Graves' disease is significantly higher than that in patients with Graves' disease and normal granulocyte. Conclusion The immunity turbulence may be involved in patients with Graves' disease. complicated with granulocytopenia.
