摘　　要：对传统工艺进行了改进,采用多工序复合模一次成形弹性接触片,并介绍了该复合模的结构特点及工作过程。经生产验证,模具结构合理、生产效率高、经济效益显着。Multi-procedure combination die instead ot conventional process was applied to manulacture spring contact tongue. The structural feature and working process of the single forming combination die was introduced. The die proved to be feasible in structure and high efficient in production.
