摘　　要：介绍了1副在同1副模具中注射成型2个差异性较大的塑件的模具结构,该模具设计时综合考虑了2个塑件的差异性,分别采用了动、定模镶块组合的结构形式,并使用斜推杆、弯销与滑块复合抽芯来完成内外侧凹脱模。模具结构紧凑、合理,且便于加工、制作、装配、调整。The structure of the mould for injection moulding two relatively great different plastic parts was introduced. In consideration of the difference between two parts, insert blocks on moving half and fixed half were combined; and the compounded core-pulling of slanted pushing rod, dog-leg cam and slide block was applied to finish the demoulding of internal and external side concave. The mould had a compact and feasible conformation and was easy in processing, assembling and adjusting.
