摘　　要：介绍了一种塑料壳体的成型工艺———塑料注射、压缩复合成型工艺,并设计了实现该成型工艺的模具。由于纤维取向、去除飞边和流道料损失等是热固性塑料加工中影响成本的主要问题,故着重介绍了降低上述费用的办法。A forming process, plastics injection ＆ compression combination molding for plastic shell, was introduced, A mould was designed for the purpose, Attention was paid on how to lower the production costs in the processing of thermosetting plastics, which covered the fiber orientation, removal of burr and sprue runner material loss.
