摘 要:研究了固相法合成的三单体接枝物PP-g-(MMA-MAH-TM)对无卤阻燃聚丙烯(PP)/疏松型纳米氢氧化镁(LN-MH)体系的改性效果,测试了阻燃体系的力学性能、流变性能、耐热性能和氧指数,并采用扫描电镜对复合材料进行了断面观察。结果表明,PP-g-(MMA-MAH-TM)加入可在对体系的阻燃性能、耐热性能和加工性能影响不大的情况下,同时实现体系增韧和增强,在PP-g-(MMA-MAH-TM)用量为8phr时,复合材料的性能接近纯PP,且界面相容性能极大地提高,增强了材料的界面相互作用,提高了氢氧化镁微粒在树脂基体中的分散效果。The modification of halogen-free flame retardant PP/LN-MH by PP-g- (MMA-MAH-TM) was studied.The mechanical, rheological and thermal properties, and the oxygen index of the flame retardant composite were determined. The fractured surface of the composite was observed by means of SEM. The results showed that the use of PP-g-(MMA-MAH-TM)heightened the toughness and strength of the composite, and had little influence on the flame retardance, thermal property and proeessability of the composite. When the content of PP-g-(MMA-MAH-TM)was 8 phr, the properties of the composite were close to those of pure PP, increased the interfacial compatibility of the composite greatly, the interaction between PP and the flame retardant particles was improved, and promoted the dispersion of hydroxide magnesium in the matrix resin.
