天津滨海新区的崛起与环渤海地区的振兴

摘　　要：天津滨海新区的开发开放已纳入党的“十一五”规划建议,受到社会广泛关注。本文从天津滨海新区纳入党的“十一五”规划建议的背景出发,着重分析了天津滨海新区在环渤海地区经济发展中的位置和作用,以及存在的问题,提出了针对性的建议。The development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area（TBNA） have been brought to the suggestions on 11th Fifth Year Plan of the Chinese Communist Party. Based on the background of TBNA being brought to the suggestions on 11th Fifth Year Plan of the Chinese Communist Party ,advantages and problems of TBNA in the development of Loop-bohai＇s Region are analyzed. Then this paper gives corresponding solutions for the problems above.
