摘　　要：通过研究装载机驱动桥的故障模式,分析其薄弱环节,提出改进措施,并成功应用于厦工新型装载机驱动桥的开发,降低了驱动桥的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。Improvement measures are presented after a study on failure modes of drive axle of loaders. The weak areas are analyzed and improvement is suggested. The result has been successfully applied to the development of new model loader from Xiagong. Failure rate of the axle is reduced and basic machine reliability is increased.
