摘　　要：目的研究和评估PDNSOLOTM人工髓核置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值和作用。方法对22例腰椎间盘突出症患者行人工髓核置换,其中L4～513例,L5S19例。结果均获3个月随访,20例术前腰腿痛症状消失,步行可超过2000m。2例腰腿痛症状稍有减轻但不明显。手术优良率达90.9%。无术中、术后并发症。结论人工髓核置换治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以重建椎间盘的解剖和功能,对预防椎间盘髓核摘除术后远期并发症有重要意义。Objective To investigate and assess the PDN-SOLO^TM artificial nucleus replacement for lumbar disc protrusion. Method 22 cases of lumbar disc protrusion underwent the procedure of PDN-SO- LO^TM artificial nucleus replacement including 13 cases at L4-5 and 9 cases at L5S1. Result According to 3 months follow-up in all cases, 22 cases were freed from backleg pain after surgery and able to walk over 2 000 m, 2 cases had minor pain relief but not significant. The excellent rate of surgery was 90.9% without peri-operative complications. Conclusion Intervertebral disc can be anatomically and functionally rebuild with PDN-SO-LO^TM artificial nucleus replacement, which greatly lower the risk＇of long-term complication resulting from the excision of nucleus pulposus.
