摘  要:介绍了无压三产品旋流器重介分选工艺、自动控制系统、三产品旋流器工作原理、影响分选效果的因素。三产品重介旋流器分选精度一段EP值可达到0.034,二段EP值可达到0.06,中煤带煤低于7%,矸石带煤低于0.5%,自动控制系统操作简单,工作性能可靠,与原有跳汰工艺相比,重介分选工艺数量效率提高4.24%。实践证明,通过引进重介洗选工艺,提高了对难选煤的适应能力和经济效益,提高了市场的竞争能力。Coal separation technology based on heavy medium cyclone, automatic control system, principle of three production cyclone and factors effecting separation result are introduced. Practice shows that Ep value of first segment in cyclone is equal to 0. 034, Ep value of second segment in cyclone is equal to 0. 06, coal content among mediate coal is under 7%, coal content among refuse is under 0. 5%. Operation briefness and performance reliability of automatic control system are obtained. In contrast with jig technology, quantity efficiency increases 4.24 %. Depending on heavy medium separation technology, adaptability for difficult separation coal, market competition and economic efficiency are improved .
