肾上腺素皮下注射辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨快速缓解毛细支气管炎(毛支)患儿喘憋、咳嗽及呼吸困难的治疗方法。方法将临床确诊的毛支患儿80例,按单纯随机抽样法分两组,两组均采用综合治疗,观察组在综合治疗基础上加用皮下注射肾上腺素。结果肾上腺素皮下注射治疗毛支可迅速缓解患儿的喘憋和呼吸困难,缩短住院天数和提高治愈率。注射药物频度以4h一次为宜。结论在综合治疗基础上加用肾上腺素是快速缓解毛支患儿喘憋、呼吸困难的有效、安全、经济的方法之一,并可以缩短住院天数及提高临床治愈率。Objective： To study the new way of rapidly relieve cough dyspnea in children＇s bronehiolitis. Methods： We elected 80 patients who were be diagnosed bronchiolitis,randomize assign to control group or therapy group. The control group treated with conditional therapy. The therapy group treated with couditional therapy together with epinephine by IH. Results：The patients treated with epinephrine can more rapidly relieve patiente＇s wheezing,dyspnea and shorted the length of hospitiallization and increase the rate of care. Conclusion：Conditional therapy together with epinephrine can rapidly relieve wheezing dyspnea,shorte the length of hospitialization and increase the rate of cure. The new way is safety and economical addition.
