摘　　要：目的掌握中国赴俄旅行人员发生死亡的特点和变化趋势,为旅行者提供科学的旅行建议。方法对1999—2003年间经绥芬河、东宁、黑河、虎林四口岸入境的死者的死亡原因,按疾病和有关问题的国际统计分类(ICD-10)进行统计分析。结果 49例死亡者中,男性显著多于女性,男女之比为5.13:1;30—49岁年龄组死亡人数占总数的69.39%,为高危人群;在死亡原因中他杀占55.11%,是最主要的死因;本次调查显示,1、11、12三个月份是他杀死亡的高发月份,5、6、7月份是心、脑血管意外死亡的高发月份,7、8月是溺水死亡的高发月份。结论在出境人群中应加强各种安全教育。增强其自我保护意识,并提供赴俄旅行容易出现的急症的预防及自我救助咨询服务。Object To understand the characteristic of death among travelers to Russia and its trend, and to provide some scientific advice about traveling. netbods Collect the death cases of travelers entering our country from four ports of Suifenhe, Dongning, Heihe and Huling during 1999 - 2003. Then analyze the death data classifying by the International Covariance Classification （ ICD - 10） using the statistic methods. Results The figure of male travelers was significantly higher than that of female ones in those 49 death cases whose ratio was 5. 13 to 1. The death toll from 30 to 49 years old accounted for 69.39 per cent. So that group of travelers was at high risk of death. The travelers dead from homicide accounted for 55.11 per cent within all of the death reasons. The results in total show that the three months of January, November and December were the high - risk months of homicide; the three months of May, June and July were the high - risk ones of death from cerebral or cardiac vascular accidents; the two months of July and August were the high - risk ones of death from drowning. Conclusion We should enhance the security educations among population leaving our country, so as to enhance their self- protective consciousness, and provide counseling service about preventing any emergency and self- assisting during the travels to Russia.
