HIV抗体初筛阳性样本三种初筛试剂复检与确认试验结果的对比分析

摘　　要：目的评价三种不同原理初筛试剂检测艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体的可靠性,探讨 HIV 抗体初筛试验阳性结果与确认试验结果之间的关系及一般规律。方法 67份初筛为 HIV抗体阳性的样本。用三种不同原理的初筛试剂复检,并进一步用蛋白印迹试验(WB)确认。结果 67份样本中,有44份三种初筛检测均为阳性,WB 确认为 HIV 抗体阳性;有1份三种初筛检测为阳性,(WB)确认试验为不确定;有2份三种初筛检测为阳性,WB 确认试验为阴性;有2份二种初筛试验为阳性,WB 试验为阴性;有3份一种初筛试验为阳性,WB 试验为不确定。其余15份均为一种初筛试验阳性,WB 试验阴性。结论三种不同原理的初筛试剂联合检测 HIV 抗体与 WB 确认检测具有一定的相关性,在对个体进行诊断时,为慎重起见,必须经 WB 法确认。Objective Evaluating the reliability of testing HIV about three kinds of different principle screen reagent, and discussing the relation and general rule of the positive result between sereenand confirmatory test. Method Testing the 67 positive samples in HIV screen test with three kinds of differentprinciple reagent, and confirming the positive samples with WB. Result In 67 samples,47 samples are positive through test of three screen reagents,and then through WB 44 samples are positive, 1 sample is not sure,2 samples are negative . 1 sample is positive through one kind of screen test,and WB is not sure. Conclusion The two kinds of test between the screen test of three reagent and WB are corelative, we suggest that WB must be done in order to caution when individual is diagnosed.
