东莞地区HIV/AIDS流行现状调查研究

摘　　要：目的掌握东莞地区 HIV/AIDS流行现状,了解东莞地区 HIV/AIDS 流行规律,为制订艾滋病的预防策略和措施及评价防制效果提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取10 962人(男6 867人,女4 095人),其中,出入境人员4 451人、献血(浆)人员1 198人、性病门诊392例、吸毒人员560人、娱乐场所服务人员(包括桑拿按摩技师、发廊按摩小姐、卡拉 OK 小姐)1 334人、普通门诊病人2394人、普通人群633人,采用 ELISA 法和免疫层析法进行 HIV 抗体检测的初筛:采用蛋白印迹法进行 HIV 抗体检测的确认试验。结果从这次调查结果来看,共查出 HIV 感染者23人,其中男16人,女7人,HIV 检出率为2.1‰;男女性别比例为2.3:1;年龄最大35岁,最小16岁,多见于20-29岁;HIV 感染人群中吸毒者居第一位,占87.0%;以静脉吸毒导致艾滋病传播为主要途径,其次为性接触传播。结论东莞口岸地区目前 HIV 感染者主要集中在吸毒人群及境外人员中发现,吸毒人员是本地区 HIV 感染的高危人群,以静脉吸毒导致艾滋病传播为主要途径。Objective The Purposes of the research are to acquire the current epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS, （comprehend） understand the regularity of epidemic, and provide evidence for policy makers in the control of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Dongguan. Methods Cluster sampling select 10 962 people as sample of the research, （6 867 males and 4 095 females）, including 4 451 Entry -exit people, 1 198 blood donors, 392 cases from STD clinics, 560 cases in injection drug addicts, 1 334 cases from casino, 2 394 cases from clinic, 633 normal people, then use ELISA as the initial filter of HIV. The experiment of the checking and acknowledgment of HIV is carried and acknowledgment of HIV is carried out by Western - blot. Results From the survey, 23 people infected HIV （ 16 for males and 7 for females）, the percentage of the HIV checking is 0. 21%. The proportion between men and women is 2. 3： 1. The oldest is 35, the youngest is 16, which is likely to happen in people aged 20 to 29. The drug addicts come to the first place of the infected people, who account who account for 87.0 pereent, The injection is the main way to diffuse AIDS, and next is the sexual transition. Conclusion The most of People carrying HIV were found in people who are drug addicts and aliens in Dongguan. The local drug addicts are the high - risk group with HIV. The injection between drug addicts is the main way to diffuse AIDS.
