摘  要:用瑞典Thermal Metric AB公司生产的八通道微量量热仪(3114/3236 TAM Air)对中药黄芪、栀子参与的Mn2+-BrO3--H+-Act振荡体系进行了研究,得到了黄芪、栀子分别在不同浓度、不同温度下的振荡谱图和310K时体系发生振荡的浓度范围。从热功率-时间曲线得到了振荡体系的诱导期(tin)及第一、第二振荡周期(tp,1,tp,2),根据热动力学理论得到了黄芪、栀子参加反应的反应级数(fin,fp,1,fp,2)和表观活化能(Ein,Ep,1,Ep,2),并建立了诱导期、振荡周期与浓度和表观活化能之间的非线性关系式.The Mn^2+-BrO3^--H^+-Act oscillating systems of Chinese herbs (Astragalus and Gardenia) were studied at different concentrations and different temperatures by TAM Air 8-channel calorimeter (Sweden). The power-time curves and the concentration range were determined. From power-time curves, the induction period (tin), the first oscillating period (tp.1) and the second oscillating period (tp.2) were obtained. According to the thermodynamic theory, the reaction order and the apparent activation energy were calculated. So the non-linear relationships among them were established.
