重庆市江北区城乡交错带土地利用规划探讨

摘　　要：特殊的经济地理位置使得城乡交错带成为土地利用规划和土地利用管理的重点和难点区域。本文以重庆市江北区为例,分析了城乡交错带土地利用的基本特性,并根据现状和未来15年国民经济和社会发展的预测,提出了土地利用总体规划的重点。Owing to their special economic position and geographic location, the transitional zones between the urban and rural areas are the key and difficult regions for land use planning and management. Taking Jiangbei District as an example, this paper analyzes the fundamental characteristics of land use in these zones and, based on the present situation and the prediction of social and economic development of Chongqing in the coming 15 year, propounds the key items in the overall plan of their land use.
