摘　　要：随着市场经济体制的逐步确立和完善,我国图书市场多元化的发行渠道打破了长期以来国有新华书店一统天下的垄断地位,促使图书馆文献资源采购模式发生了极大的变化。与此同时,我国一系列相关法律法规的制定和实施,规范和约束着各种采购行为,从而有效地促进了图书馆文献资源的建设工作。With the gradual establishment and perfecting of the market economic system, state-owned Xinhua Bookstore＇s monopoly position has broken by the pluralistic issue channel in Chinese books market, thus the mode of purchasing literature resources in library has been greatly changed. Meanwhile, the tormulation and implementation of a series of laws and regulations normalize anti restrict every purchase activity, and then advance the con- struction of literature resources in library effectively.
