摘　　要：通过SDS-PAGE对9,11,13,15,17日龄罗曼鸡胚尿囊液、羊水、房水中的蛋白质组成进行了初步研究,结果显示:鸡胚尿囊液中蛋白组分较少,含量低,不同日龄样品中组分基本一致。9日龄鸡胚羊水中含蛋白质极少,随日龄的增大,羊水中的蛋白质含量和种类呈递增趋势,13日龄后,羊水中蛋白质含量剧增;眼房水中蛋白质组分丰富,蛋白含量有随日龄增加而升高的趋势。Allantonic fluid, aminotic fluid and aqueous humor in the embryo of Roman chicken were collected at two -day intervals starting from the 9th day after hatching and protein components of the samples were studied with SDS - PAGE. All the samples of allantonic fluid showed a very low protein content, with a few band identified with low concentration. The aminotic fluid contained little protein in the embryo of 9 - day - old chicken, its contents and kinds of components increased with chicken age and showed a sharp increase starting from the 13th days after hatching. Protein components were abundant in aqueous humor and protein content increased with the age of the bird.
