摘 要:利用吹气法研究了折流板脉冲萃取柱的结构参数(板间距、柱径和板开孔率)对预测摩擦压降模型中孔收缩因子Co的影响。研究结果表明:当实验体系为硝酸溶液时,Co值随柱径、板间距和板开孔率的增加而减小;当实验体系为30%三烷基氧膦一煤油溶液且柱径不大于0.05 m时,Co值与脉冲雷诺数ReAf,和板开孔率有关,与板间距无关,而当柱径为0.1 m时,Co值与板间距和板开孔率有关,而与操作参数ReAf无关。Effects of structure parameters ot discs and doughnuts pulsed extraction column, such as the distance between the packing, packing free ratio and column diameter, on orifice coefficient Co were studied by air purge method for HNO3 solution and 30% trialkyl phosphine oxide (TRPO) kerosene solution. Experimental results showed that orifice coefficient Co decreased with increasing of the above three structure parameters when the continuous phase was HNO3 solution. When the continuous phase was 30% TRPO-kerosene solution, Co the value depended on pulse Reynolds number ReAl and packing free ratio but influence of the distance between the packing could be neglected when column diameter was not larger than 0. 05 m. However, influence of the distance between the packing and packing free ratio on Co was dominant and effect of ReAf was neglected when column diameter was 0.1 m.
