雷公藤内酯醇单独及与华蟾素联合对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察雷公藤内酯醇和华蟾素对乳腺癌细胞MCF7增殖的影响。方法 利用台盼蓝计数以及MTT法检测该药物对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 雷公藤内酯醇在75～150mg,／L的剂量下可以对MCF-7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用；华蟾素在0．4g／mL、0．2g／mL的刑量下可对MCF-7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用；雷公藤内酯醇（75mg／L）和华蟾素（0.2g／mL）联合作用也可以对MCF7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用；两者均有明显的时间依耐性。结论 雷公藤内酯醇和华蟾素单独应用或者联合作用均可对乳腺癌细胞MCF7的增殖产生抑制作用。Objective It is to observe the influence of triptollde （TP） and cinobufotalin （CBC） on breast cancer cell MCF 7 proliferation. Methods The inhibition action of TP and CBC on cancer cells were observed with trypan blue staining and MTT methods. Results TP could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF - 7 cells at the concentration of 75 - 150 mg/L. CBC could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF 7 cells at the concentration of 0.4 g/mL and 0.2 g/mL. TP （ 75 mg/ L） together with CBC （0.2 g/mL） could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF 7 cells. They all had obvious time-dependent. Conclusions TP only or together with CBC has antlproliferative effects on MCF- 7 cells.
